Sharing a message. I went to this tire shop on March 4, 2026 for a front tire replacement. While traveling to work on (March 5,), I noticed my tire pressure was going down. Assuming I needed a plug, I went to another tire shop. Surprisingly, I found out my tire was not put on my rim correctly. Paying a additional ($15) amount because of this place being careless. I went back on today, March 9. I was hoping get some kind of good customer service. Yet, this guy totally refused to fix the issue, no refund and basically showed that he was not obligated to do anything . Beware, do not take your vehicle here.

I took my car in for suspension work, and it was returned with a massive crack in my windshield. The owner did not take responsibility for it and now I have to pour even more money into this car to replace my whole windshield. Definitely do not recommend coming here. I couldn’t get a good photo of the crack, but it’s at the base of the windshield and it’s now spreading across the entire windshield. UPDATE: They did my suspension wrong and I now have to have the parts replaced which costs more than it did the first time. Sketchiest shop I’ve ever heard of.

Sammy’s Auto Services is hands down one of the most honest and reliable shops I’ve been to. The team is straightforward, doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and actually takes the time to explain what’s going on with your car. Prices are fair, service is quick, and they’re super easy to work with—even as a walk-in. You can tell they care about doing things right and building long-term customers. That’s why i’ve been going here for 10 years

Mar. 2018 I wanted to write an updated review since I finally came here for service other than state inspections. I'm keeping this at 5 stars! My wife's car was quoted a price for 3 fluid flushes/exchanges at the dealership for 100K-mile service. I brought the car here for the work and saved $100. While I waited for over an hour due to several cars ahead of me, I watched customer after customer come in and be greeted by Sammy with a handshake and catching up. He really knows his customers and they keep coming back. Aug. 2017 I have primarily come here for several years for state inspections for both of our cars. Sammy has always been friendly and polite. He has never tried to sell me for more than I asked for. I get in and get out quickly. He has had some of the lowest prices for state inspections for many years here locally. I went to other places and the cost for state inspection wound up higher than the price on their sign.

I took my car in to fix a fuel pump issue that was installed by another shop a few weeks earlier. Before I even went into the office the mechanic had hooked up his computer and popped the hood to see what was going on. No diagnostic charge or anything. Just straight to it. Sammy took care of the issue by the next day and gave me the defective fuel pump so I could take pictures for my refund request. If you're looking for a salt-of-the-earth type shop that will get the job done, go here. A friend has been going here for 20 years and gave me the recommendation. I'm glad I took his advice.
