We'd been getting our oil changed at this location for the past several years. I stopped by a different place recently because I needed more than an oil change and we realized Just 7 had not been changing the oil filter when changing the oil. So for the past 2 or 3 oil changes at least, the filter has not been changed. As a result, there were a ton of broken pieces because of the disintegration, and they had to vacuum it out, with several people trying to help. We were shocked to find this out because the employees at Just 7 had always been nice to us and we never realized there was an issue. Because of this, we've had ongoing issues with clogged filters (despite changing them out several times) because we cannot get all of the tiny pieces that disintegrated from the filter that was in there for too long. This can damage engine components and shorten our engine's lifespan. We will not be going back to Just 7.

View on GoogleStay away!! They are thieves that did not change the oil and charged for the service. When I checked my dip stick and noticed the black oil and asked them to redo the oil changed they denied the service and said it was normal to have “mixed oil” I went home and changed it myself. I then noticed it was never changed. I will be reporting them to the better Business Bureau. I Hope this saves someone because majority of people would never double check or even redo their oil change as a precaution.
