This shop needs to be investigated the fake repairs and price gauging is egregious! The owner is a very greedy guy ive been a loyal customer 5yrs and i noticed that he doesn’t replace half the issues thats wrong also he tells you problems thats minor but charge double the price it was okay when i first started going but he is going to rip you off without any remorse. Will look you dead in the eyes and LIE! I came for a minor oil leak it was a 400-500 job he charged 2600$ when I asked where the parts he showed me wasn’t worth 250$ I sucked it up but if your not sure about this place go try it and see if I’m lying. Horrible place indeed

I called and asked how much to bleed the cooling system. I was quoted $80. I get there and wait for 3 hours just to be told that I need an additional part replaced and charged $120. I challenged the manager about what he told me over the phone and he out right lied saying he quoted the higher price. I WOULD NOT HAVE COME IF HE TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I WAS ON A TIGHT BUDGET! I even told him that if the car needed more, I would have to come back a later time. Called TWICE to make sure!!!!! He quoted $80 TWICE! In the end, I paid $120 for them to just sit in my car for 3 hours. At least they checked the codes. I could have gotten that done at AutoZone for free. Don't go there.

I went to this establishment and was treated kindly at first. Then I left my car to be serviced and returned to find that the cost was 270 dollars above what I had been quoted. I questioned this practice and the owner became verbally aggressive and threatened to keep my car and charge storage fees if I did not pay. This place has horrible customer service. Not to mention that less than a week later the car had the same issue and was serviced at another place and I’ve had no issues since! This place is a complete scam.

I had them replace my serpentine belt in the end of December and had issues with belt tension. I went back and they took care of it, not immediately. It took a couple visits; some ended up in disappointment where the young folks didn’t want to take responsibility, however, Charlie did a great job understanding my concerns and addressed the issue right away.

Avoid this place at all costs. I went for a simple State Inspection ($18.50), and the guy deliberately manipulated the credit card terminal to charge me for an Oil Change ($51.50) and tried to pass it for a '"cashback" I never requested. If I did not check the receipt we would not have known why the charges were so high. There isn't even a customer-facing screen, so he selected everything himself. When I confronted him with the receipt, he lied to my face saying I asked for cashback. I then asked him for refund an he then refused to refund my card, forcing me to take the cash instead. First he gave USD 32.50 in cash, but later made it USD 33, after some minutes.
