A beautiful young lady named Estrella was the one who handled the case for my car and she was excellent. She explained exactly what was going to happen with my car annd made sure I understood and would give me frequent updates about my car and when to expect to have it done by. She had a great attitude and was so sweet. The repairs were done perfectly and I had no complaints. Estrella was excellent and deserves a raise!

View on GoogleI took my car to Crash Champions for an estimate for an insurance claim. Crash Champions stripped my entire car without my permission and stated that I must pay $500 for them to resemble my car. I wasn't not aware of the state of my car until I went to check on the status. My Crash Champion representative, Kimberly communicated with me via email and did not inform me of the horrendous condition of my car. I wanted to only get an estimate and now I do not have a car. I do not feel confident that Crash Champions will resemble my car to condition that I gave it to them without it bring a liability safety for my life and other on the highways. There are random screws, bolts, and small car parts in zip lock bags throughout my car. On the dash was a QR linked to a website for Rash Champions to sell my car for it parts. I am beyond mad unprofessional acts of this company to sell my car for parts. My car was fully drivable and only needed the driver door, left passenger door, ad left mirror repaired. I DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!!
