This is the way auto service should be, I don't dread getting my vehicle maintenance taken care of because they make it so easy here. I schedule the service online and they're ready when I show up. They offer recommendations without being pushy, are up front on pricing and a few times have even performed small recall fixes while my truck has been there for maintenance work. The dealership has even followed up later and sent a technician to my home to fix something that was recalled and I didn't even buy my vehicle at McRee. This is truly stellar service and I highly recommend Quick Lane.

If you want great service on your vehicle I highly suggest using Quick Lane. Ive been using them since I got my Ford Explorer and they are great. When you call and make your appointment ask for Krystal. She'll get you set up and on the right track. I use her and shes amazing.

Today I called in and ask if I could take my truck in to get.the oil changed and she said yes bring it in so I did that. When I got here to the quick lane they told me that they couldn't take anymore vehicles. I had drove 38 mins cuz this one was my peffered dealership. This is unexceptable and I should have gotten my truck serviced cuz she told me.to bring it in.

I'm used to actually dealing with dealerships. I was surprised when there were no courtesy refreshments here, just a vending machine. The coffee offered was old, I don't recall them making fresh coffee in the 6 hrs I waited. They preformed the 100k recommended maintenance. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, the waiting area is spacious which makes social distancing easy. The restroom is spotless and even offer lotion. Sanjay was really understanding and kind hearted, he was the person I'm assuming who did my mechanical work. The advisor I had was Mateo, he was also nice and kept me updated on my car since I waited the few hrs. I do love the window of how you can watch them while they work. Something was spilled on my car don't know what the hell it is but it was not like that when I bought it to them. So they lost a star
