i have such mixed feelings about auto doc.. took my car here about a year ago to diagnose and fix essentially everything from my control arms to the ABS module. if it had to do with the breaking/suspension it got worked on. fast forward to present day and i take it to another shop for a basic alignment. upon taking it to this other shop IMMEDIATELY they come back inside and show me where my lower control arms non of the bolts were tightened at all even in the slightest (could be unthreaded by hand) additionally auto doc has fixed my SAS when doing so they failed to align my steering wheel making it sit at a 90 degree angle even with the cars wheels being aligned. now because of that one mistake my traction control lights do not turn off. back in november i brought it back to auto doc and they tried to sell me on the fact the ABS module they had just installed less then 6 months prior was allegedly failing. mind you ive had zero impact to my driving other then my traction control lights wouldn’t turn off. instead of thoroughly going back over their work which i had asked for them to do even leaving the car with them for the day. he (luis the owner) still came back saying it was yet ANOTHER failing ABS and that i would have to come out of pocket for that even though that part was purchased by him. i never went back. i can only imagine what would have happened to me and my family had those lower control arm bolts not be found and remained loose. i am now having to go out of my way and out of my pocket to have another mechanic fix someone else’s mistake. very shameful way to conduct business. total repair cost for everything was nearly 7k which is 4k more then what the car is even worth but i stupidly love my car and thought luis was an honest enough guy to get it running right for me and my kids.

When ever there a problem I take it to there shop they are very efficient knowledgeable .I tell all my friends about good services. Replaced Tires& also got my tires rotated, water reservoir replaced . 👍🏼👍🏼Two thumbs up.Great job guys keep up the good work .
