Brandon and his team were very helpful and they made sure that I was very satisfied with the work they did on my truck. I highly recommend this place if you want to do some upgrades on your truck.
View on GoogleTake it from my experience, you can't trust the level of incompetence of the employees and the word of Brandon. I talked with him for over a week for a particular set of wheels that he confirmed several times he had and were ready for me to pickup. This is a big deal because I was coming from two hours away. Gave notification the night before that I would be by in the morning as agreed and all was set up. I arrive after a long drive to be told they don't have them. The simple confirmation of part numbers on four boxes was too much for anyone here to correctly confirm. You will waste your time, fuel, and energy coming to purchase from them. Brandon thought offering to cover tax on the wheels while making me wait a non-guaranteed hour and a half for him to get them from Houston would make up for the situation. I asked if he would ship then to me due to the distance and time I lost coming here. He didn't hesitate to say no. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere with a reputation of coming through in their word and/or making it right if they screw up.
View on GoogleIf you care about your car, your rims, and getting treated right – skip the cheap shops and go straight to Kiwi Tires. I made the mistake of going to Low Price Tires first, and they scratched up my rim, couldn’t even get my center cap off, and didn’t have the proper tools to balance the wheels. Total nightmare. Kiwi Tires not only fixed me up, but the owner himself took the time to walk me through exactly how they handle custom rims so they don’t get damaged. You can tell these guys actually care about doing things the right way. On top of that, he even touched up the scratches that the other place left — completely free of charge. This is how customer service is supposed to be. Honest, professional, and skilled. If you’ve got nice rims or just want the job done right the first time, don’t waste your money anywhere else. Kiwi Tires has my business from here on out.
