Had a horrible experience. I'm a better than average backyard mechanic, I've restored muscle cars and such. I had my Toyota Sequoia towed 1.5 miles using their towing service, over $200 with AAA, some business about after hours and a gate fee. I Sent the key with the tow truck driver and they lost the key, said they never got it from the towing company, towing company said they gave it to them. $145 electronic key from Toyota. All this to replace a starter. About a week after, checking fluids, I noticed that the throttle body cover cast aluminum from Toyota was replaced with a plastic part. My wife owns and operates a detailing business, engine bay is perfect. I noticed right away. I went right there and they lied straight to my face. No integrity whatsoever. I typically would not leave a bad review, but I heard of 2 other similar issues from locals.

Took my Vette yesterday A/C was blowing hot and picked it up today was Cold as a freezer! Very recommended shop Gilbert and his son were very respectful and knowledgeable on everything definitely going to bring my car here again to get some work done to it.

View on GooglePicked up personal vehicle from here. It was stored for 5+ days. Very unprofessional. Two workers admitted to “racing” personal stored vehicles of others. Even presented with film of one of the vehicles. My vehicle was having transmission issues when picked up, had damage on rear bumper. It was evident that my vehicle was used not only because the gas I had left was gone , but one worker stated to other worker “she’s fast”(referring to my vehicle). This is unacceptable. It’s horrible thinking you’re vehicle is stored somewhere safe for the most part , but very much the opposite. Glad nothing was stolen from what it looks like.
