Gay Family Kia Service

I bought a beautiful vehicle. Did my homework at home before going in so safe to say I made it incredibly easy on sales rep. Unfortunately they did not give me the vehicle at the time since it needed to be detailed and SERVICED through them first. It took over two week to get my vehicle back because someone had damaged the bumper. A few months go by and I need to take my vehicle in for an oil change. Customer service was beautiful from all staff. I left my vehicle there while it was getting serviced and I get a call that they had forgotten to do the “big flush” and now it’s my responsibility to cover the cost which is greater than $600 because I bought the vehicle “as is”. I was just thrown a back considering they kept my vehicle for so long when I initially bought it just for them to throw the responsibility back on me. Overall, customer service good. Shown accountability none.

The service was excellent! I made an appointment, they were ready for me, took my car back, and got everything done! The guy who checked me in was so nice, explained everything that they were going to do and said that it would be 1 1/2 hours. I chose to wait. They have comfortable chairs, a clean restroom and water or coffee if I wanted it. At the time he said, I looked up and it was in the service drive ready to go! Awesome job ❤️❤️❤️

I recently scheduled a service appointment online with Gay Family Kia’s service department. The online booking process was simple and convenient, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived on my scheduled appointment day and dropped off my vehicle, I was informed that it would take 3–5 days just for my car to be assigned to a technician and diagnosed. This was extremely frustrating because that wait time was not disclosed anywhere during the online booking process. Had I known there would be a 3–5 day delay before diagnosis, I would have made other arrangements or chosen a different service center. I completely understand that service departments can be busy, but transparency is important. Customers rely on appointment times to plan transportation, work schedules, and family responsibilities. Clear communication about expected timelines upfront would make a big difference. I hope the dealership improves communication around service wait times so future customers can make informed decisions.

I been to Tomball Kia , Demontrond Kia and a few others which they are 15 min away from my home . I took my vehicle to Gay Family Kia Mr. Tanner assist me and to be honest I had the best customers service, the place is nice and so much cleaner than the other. They set up an appointment to bring my vehicle in and was told they will hold it for a few days. they even put me on a loaner . No other dealership has done that . I highly recommend taking your Kia with Guy Family , Ask for Mr. Tanner you won’t regret it . This will be the only dealership location i will bring my vehicle for service . Thank you Mr Tanner

It was not the best experience. They were not very friendly when I went in that morning. I had called the week before to make an appointment and the lady who made my appointment did not put me on the books so they didn’t even know I was coming. I had actually told them to make sure they did not call my husband‘s number when the car was ready, and I specifically told the young lady at the counter what my number was and to not call my husband he was in Florida with his brother who was in hospice Did not appreciate that she did not respect what I had said, and my husband was called. I would not recommend gay Kia service department to anyone.
