My car’s dealership charge an expensive amount for a simple replacement for a car rear mirror shell. My left rear car mirror shell got damaged and it needed to be replaced. I heard about Torque Spec from my family saying the mechanic is trustworthy, honest, and did great work. I was so please with the service! He responded in a reasonable time, and went in-depth about the damages. After that he explained to me his process on fixing it. I don’t know anything about cars but he did an excellent job explaining, and then showed me how he’d fix it. He also went beyond and told me how to maintain and prevent future damages. The mechanic is very ethical with his service! I learned something new with his services. Very ethical, trustworthy service. I highly recommend!

Wow what an amazing experience with Torque Spec Mobile! I’m truly blown away by his professionalism and thoroughness with my concerns. I normally take my Lexus to the dealership for oil changes, brake pad replacements, and other maintenances. TSM was referred to me by a friend and recommended his services were great, if not better than dealership quality. I contacted TSM and received a response within minutes. It had been a while since I took my Lexus in for maintenance check, so I got scheduled for him to come over the following day. He was super professional and very knowledgeable about his work! He explained the wear on my brake pads, typically how often they should be replaced, and more about other small, but important things I don’t typically notice. I really appreciated those nuggets of info because now I’m more aware of what to hear/look for. Overall, his services were so affordable compared to what I would’ve paid at the dealership. TS was quick to respond and pin pointed the exact issue and fixed it in a timely manner.
