Was recommended by my dad after they gave him a great deal. Got my car inspected and service was quick. Don't know if they actually take appointments but it seemed like they took mine when I called in earlier. Don't know about the other employees because I didn't get to talk to them, but Raymond and Mason got me settled quick.

View on GoogleI understand pricing can vary by vehicle, but it was not explained to me that additional labor time would be needed or that there would be an additional labor charge beyond the quoted brake service. The pricing was higher than expected, though I appreciated the available discounts and the friendly customer service. I brought my car in for brake service and an oil change. Since the plan was for me to pick up my car the following day, I also requested a state inspection to be completed. I provided my insurance policy information, which was requested for the state inspection. After my car had been there past the estimated ready time, I was told the state inspection was never done. I expected all services I requested to be completed and was disappointed that I provided my insurance information for a service that was not completed. In addition, washer fluid, which should be included with an oil change at no extra cost, was not refilled.. leaving my washer fluid service warning still showing on my dashboard.

They don't try to pressure you into getting all sorts of work done, they tell you what's wrong and even help out with cheaper options and have and outstanding crew of employees, everyone is nice and are always working hard to help out everyone. Raymond was a amazing help and he explains everything clearly with no confusion. Great place would recommend to anyone getting breaks done.
View on GoogleI took my car in to have brakes done because Volkswagen told me they could use it when I had them check car for safety to go on a trip. Brakes Plus told me front were good and they replaced the back. It took them all day to get that done and that was with an appointment for that morning. Two weeks later my car is shaking uncontrollably when slowing down and it didn't at all before and yet they said it still liked good all they could just suggest was to replace the front. I will never use this place again if recommend it to anyone.
