I'm currently facing a tough situation and was seeking a quote to repair my car. I understand that nothing is free, and I pride myself on being an honest, hard-working individual. Unfortunately, I've lost my job, and someone was willing to assist me with the car repairs. This lack of transportation has forced me to turn down numerous job offers, and I find myself stuck in Fort Worth, which I truly dislike. Despite my struggles, I would never take advantage of anyone. The business initially mentioned financing options but ultimately backed out, even after I offered a substantial down payment. It's disappointing to raise hopes only to let them down; if there were no intentions to finance, it shouldn't have been brought up. This approach is unfair. Additionally, they previously provided service for my husband’s car a year and a half ago. This experience has been frustrating, and I believe that integrity matters. This place has no integrity. at this point even if I had the full amount and extra I would not give them a dime because you don't do that to people. And they do not deserve any money from us.

Raymond is AWESOME!!! I appreciate their honesty and hard work here. They fixed my car after I was rear ended and worked hard on my behalf to ensure the other driver's insurance company did not try to low ball me with their estimate. I noticed my door was acting up 2weeks later and they fixed it immediately. They are very patient and understanding and go over and beyond to help with all your automotive repair needs.
