I arrived about 9:20ish am. There was no wait time. My vehicle was pulled right in for an oil change. I went inside and sat down. A few minutes later the nice lady came in holding up my dirty air filter asking if I wanted to replace it as it will allow the engine to breathe more if I replace it. I asked how much, she gave me a quote and I said yes!. Just a few minutes later the oil change was all done. I paid for the services, and the nice lady added the coupon offer that I mention (from their website). She was super friendly and professional. I give the Kwik Kar staff a thumbs up for friendly, quick, reliable, knowledgeable service (all of the good things). Thanks! Crowley appreciates you.

I’ve been going to the Kwik Kar in Crowley since it was first built 20+ years ago. The new owners are great and the staff is too. As a woman it’s hard to find a shop that’s not trying to take advantage, but I found one. They’ve done oil changes, inspections, tire rotation and break jobs for me just to name a few things. I highly recommend this location, they’re friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

I accidentally posted an incorrect review. I've been to this location for State Inspection and have no complaints. The Inspection was quick and I'm happy with the service. My wife also comes to this establishment to get an oil change and is satisfied by the quality of their work. I will be definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

For a first time customer to experience the issue that I have makes me look at experience in a horrible way. The over all services were ok and they communicated with me throughout the process of them fixing my truck. Until I picked up my truck for the 3rd time with an issue that I didn't even have before they supposedly fixed what I took originally paid to fix. Originally needing a fuel pump replaced turned into them having my truck for weeks on and off due to a miss diagnostic that im sure could have been found had services been do correctly. Now here it is almost a month without me being able to move my truck because it won't start and they have no answer and or concerns as to what happened to my truck and why I all of a sudden have a problem that wasn't originally there and started after they supposedly put on my part.
