I hired this company to repair a rock chip and crack (3/4” total). They attempted the repair in the sun (which I have since learned was a bad idea) without asking if I had an alternate, shaded location (I did), and caused a crack several times larger than the original. The new, larger crack was irreparable, according to them, so they left the crack as seen in the photos. I attempted to resolve this matter with their office, but they have stopped responding to my messages and calls. In my opinion, they caused me to have to pay for a new windshield out of pocket instead of being able to get a chip repaired easily. Their business practices are poor at best, crooked at worst. Avoid this business at all cost!
