Very disappointed with the dealings we had with Frank. We dropped off our vehicle on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Friday but that didn’t happen. Apparently someone drove the vehicle during the time it was at the shop because it had 1/4 of a tank of gas less when we picked it up and 150 miles had been put on it. The radio had been changed from our normal station and there was a girl’s hair tie and sunglasses case inside the vehicle which didn’t belong to us. Frank said no one had driven the vehicle but it was obvious someone had. Do not believe anything he tells you and do not trust him. Watch your car if you take it to him. Would not recommend him to anyone.

In fairness I think the owner suffers from some type cognitive impairment. He has trouble listening and apparently cannot write anything down. I brought my car in for minor dents, cosmetic scratches, and rim repaint. A job that should have taken no more than a couple of weeks if the owner was organized. I provided him with a complete written scope of work. Crowley Paint and Body had my car for in excess of 9 weeks. I should have been paid as I constantly had to remind Frank of damage that needed to be addressed. Finally when they said my car was ready, it wasn't. My brand new car had trash in the repainted areas while other areas still required repair. A week later I was finally able to drive my car home only to discover the headlights were out of adjustment. Additionally, none of the decals were installed. I brought it to Frank's attention to which he replied oh yeah. .... I forgot to order those. In full disclosure Frank did schedule a date for me to drop my car off during the work week; however, given he had ample time already I was not willing to drop my car off unless he was providing a rental. So, after more than 2 months of calling and emailing most of which went unanswered Frank has promised to complete the work he has already been paid for in 2 weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Huge regret on my part for entrusting them. ZERO STARS

Frank and his team did a fantastic job on our Veloster after a front-end collision. The repair time did not take very long, and the car looks better than it did before the accident. In addition, they washed and cleaned the inside of the vehicle, returning it to us in pristine condition. Owner Frank makes sure that you are completely satisfied with the work his shop works on. Delilah in the front office is very helpful with getting quotes for repair work. We have had multiple jobs for them to work on and each one was quality work done in a very timely manner. We are blessed to have an honest and kind body shop in our city for when we need one.
