Cheyanne helped me today with getting my car taken care of after a mishap with valvoline and she was super helpful as always! She has been working the desk just about every time I come in, always professional and very friendly. I’ve been coming here for years because they run an honest business, I’ve never been given a BS bill for services my vehicle doesn’t need. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable mechanic shop. Huge thank you again for y’all’s work today!

I called and set up an appointment for them to fill up engine and EV coolant for my wife's car. She went and they brought it in. She paid and left. I came home and looked at it. They never touched it. Both reservoirs still as low as when I first looked. They charged her and didn't do anything. No matter which mechanic you use, always immediately check the work before you pay. My wife didn't know any better it's not her fault. I should have warned her beforehand. But folks like this are the reason I don't trust anyone. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled appointment for alignment they honored that appointment and aligned my car , which was not correct it still pulled to the right and steering wheel was not straight, I made another appointment for last Saturday at 10:30 am when I arrived they had another vehicle on the rack and said they couldn’t get to me. Didn’t call me ahead of time. I drove thirty miles to get there wrong corrected . They didn’t call me today to see if they could help me. They don’t know how to align a front end and have very poor customer service skills , buyer beware.
