Told him the issue (same issue we’ve had several times), asked if I had the part, can he quote me the work and time. He said he’d need to know for sure if that’s the issue. Fair enough. So I asked if he could hook up the reader and check it. He said no. There are other cars ahead of yours. Fair enough. Can you tell me about when you can do that? No. Couldn’t answer follow up questions, couldn’t give me a timeline. Just leave your car and we’ll get to it. We’ve used this shop in the past and truth be told, I wasn’t impressed then either, but here I was trying to use them again. Never again. I am now 12 min removed from this mans presence, I have an answer and a timeline of when it’ll be repaired. AND there were other cars ahead of me, but this shop actually cared about the new customer walking in too. Save yourself some trouble and go to a mechanic that wants new business.

Absolutely rude staff. I came to this place for a simple state inspection walked into the office stood there for a couple minutes even said excuse me a couple times, I could see and hear someone in the back office, only to be completely ignored. Walked out and will never go back.

View on GoogleI just moved here from Florida, I got an inspection done in Harris county and they (DMV) did not accept that it had to be done In Montgomery county. Well this morning I took my Chevy equinox to this place and got my inspection done by Mr. Adam let me tell you Everything was done accurately and no Hassle at all since I’ve been going crazy. Professional, Polite and very kind. I would highly recommend getting your inspection or any car repair here. I would give 100 stars if I could. Great place to go and money work .

After coming from the dealership with a list of to dos, he examined the list of items and deemed them unnecessary at this time…not only this but he refused to take anything for his consultation! Definitely recommend for all your auto needs! PS he also does emission and safety inspections (if you still require it)
