I went in for a flat tire repair, and to my surprise, they fixed it in just 5 minutes. The entire staff was kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Mohammad also took the time to guide me on choosing the right tire options in case I decide to replace my old tires in the future. He explained everything clearly and honestly, without any pressure. What really impressed me the most was their kindness and integrity—they did not charge me anything for the flat tire repair and genuinely said there was no need to pay. That level of honesty and customer care is rare these days. Mohammad is the guy! I recently went to Liftoff Wheels & Tires thinking I only needed one tire replaced, but after they inspected my vehicle, they showed me that all four tires were a safety concern due to wires poking out and excessive wear. I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism instead of just doing the bare minimum. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently, and I was in and out in no time. The customer service was amazing, and Mr. Mohammad went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the process. 10/10 experience!
