Mr. Neto, the owner, has assembled a talented team that offers a comprehensive range of services, making it a one-stop shop for all your automotive needs. My previous experience with “Rooster Ridge Car Care” was a nightmare. They exploited my lack of knowledge and attempted to scam me into an exorbitant repair cost of over $1000, which they charged me for a mere $180 at Jay Auto Shop. It’s not about the price alone but honesty. Upon dropping off my car at Jay Auto Shop, they promptly diagnosed the issue and provided me with detailed videos explaining the problem. Surprisingly, some of the issues that the other company had tried to charge me an absurd amount for were actually caused by dirty parts that impeded the system’s proper functioning. Mr. Neto simply cleaned them up, and everything was back to normal. He didn’t even charge me for the cleaning service. However, as per my request, they did have to work on some other issues, and the final bill came to $180. Finding a honest mechanic is a rare gem, and I feel fortunate to have discovered one that I can trust and recommend to others. Jay Auto Shop offers a wide range of services and assistance in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, ensuring that customers from all backgrounds can receive the help they need. Their excellent communication, reliable service, friendly and helpful staff, and professional ethics make them a small business worth supporting.
