These people are freaking awesome! My exhaust manifold gasket was completely blown, with 2 broken studs! I got 2 quotes prior to getting quote from them and they were literally less than half of the other 2 quotes. My truck runs and sounds amazing since they fixed it! Great place id refer to anyone!
View on GoogleKevin, my mechanic, was excellent. Receptive, kind, great communication, and definitely tried hard to make up for the lack of a great experience in the office. Carrie was always agitated, unorganized, rude, even degrading, etc. If you don’t care about bedside manner, this is a good shop. If you want good customer service, just ask for Kevin or steer clear.
View on GoogleThis shop goes above and beyond, providing rates for some complex repairs that would have easily cost me 3-5 times as much at a dealership. Even when they werent certain of the outcome ( complicated issues on an old minivan - its crazy what people will do on to their cars), they tackled all the electrical issues and got the van inspection ready and running great. DO NOT HESITATE to use their services. They are professional, honest, and not out to fleece people. If i had a pile of their cards I woul seriously hand them out on the street corners like a newspaper boy. These folks are worth it. THANKS again for tackling my crusty old new to me minivan 💖💖💖

The "" that answers the phone was rude and I could tell she was not even jotting down the phone number for him to return my call. I expressed how urgent it was as it was something detrimental in a decision for someone's life. So after waiting what seemed like an enternity due to the importance I called back. No answer during business hours. I thought okay maybe she stepped away and is relaying the message. I gave a few minutes called back and again no answer. I don't know why this person feels the need to screen his phone calls because now that is the most logical explanation, but it seriously needs to be addressed. I want a number to contact someone to discuss this matter. It's unprofessional and she needs to be replaced because im sure if my experience is handled this way many others are as well.
View on GoogleI chose this shop based on the positive reviews and initially spoke with someone who seemed knowledgeable and professional. He told me to bring the vehicle the next day, but we never agreed on a specific time. When I asked what time they opened, he said 8:00, but he never told me I needed to be there at that exact time. I arrived at 12:00, and was immediately told I was supposed to come at 8:00. This was never clearly communicated. On top of that, the two employees there were rude and unhelpful, and no one seemed willing to assist or follow through with the diagnostic I was prepared to pay for. I ended up wasting an entire trip and had to cancel the rest of my workday for nothing. Very disappointing experience, especially after the initial impression.
