I sat across the highway at Discount Tire for 20min just to have someone come look at my car before I decided to leave. Went straight to Beasley and someone immediately came out as I drove up. I was in and out with my tire patched for an amazing price. I highly recommend their professionalism and will only be using Beasley from now on.
View on GoogleMy wife had always used Costco or Byrd Automotive for tires/automotive, but two of the tires we got from Costco started peeling apart and missing chunks. Costco told us our alignment was off, and we'd have to take it somewhere else to fix it, and then they could sell us new tires. I wanted to try Beasley Tire since since I like supporting small businesses and I really liked the name. Before they even checked the alignment, they said the tires were bad and should be covered by warranty, and that the wear was inconsistent with alignment issues. (The alignment was checked, and it was practically perfect.) They contacted the vendor, Michelin, and they only offered to cover 10% of the tires because the tires were slightly beyond the warranty date, even though only half of the tread had been used. Brad offered me a 25% discount on the tires, and also offered to pick me up the next day. He was very knowledgeable, and tried to help us out as much as possible. I'd definitely recommend both him and Beasley Tire.
View on GoogleCame in to get new tires. And a front end alignment while waiting I was going to walk over to a nearby restaurant and have lunch. The owner said. He would drive me over and to my surprise came in and paid for my lunch I was completely shocked. Awesome service and friendly people at Conroe location 1 would definitely recommend. Beasley tire service to any needing new tires or front end work done on their vehicle. Great job guys !!! Thank you !!!
View on GoogleBest place hands down for tires and alignment. I work on generators and drive a service truck loaded with tools. It’s hard to align a service truck because of the weight. These guys know what they’re doing have had three trucks aligned by them and they drive straight and don’t wear tires. Highly recommend have used the Eastex and Conroe locations with same results they know what they’re doing.
View on GoogleWent for the free alignment check special in March. They said my alignment was only slightly out of spec and only charged me $20 for a slight adjustment in the rear end. No scams, no hassles just a print out of my alignment with the data and off I went. Great work!
