I had a what i thought was a radiator leak, had my car towed to their shop. The service techs were nice and professional. I had them send an estimate for the required work and was surprised at how high the estimate was $4400 to replace the The engine oil cooler unit and thermostat. I sent the estimate to another mechanic for a second opinion (without the actual costs visible) and the other mechanic quoted the same exact work for $2300. Once the 2nd shop actually looked at the car, told me the thermostat did NOT need to be replaced. So this original shop 1. Were incredibly overpriced by $2k and 2. were suggesting work that didn't even need done. I wanted to use a local business but when their prices are double?

This place cares about YOU—not your money. Every person here is personable, professional and efficient. Very reasonable pricing and FAST service. In a world full of AI, this is a business where humans understand you and treat you like a human. Already recommending them to my friends and family. Update: I put some miles on my Subaru Crosstrek this weekend after Barsh replaced my suspension, strut, and some other stuff. It drives like new. They’re awesome.

We always used the dealership due to the free oils changes after purchasing my car, I decided to give Barsh a try once they were used and I was highly impressed compared to the dealership. Not only were they faster and more friendly, they even had a space with toys and books to keep my toddler entertained. My technician also informed me that their parts and labor warranty is significantly longer than the dealership. One more reason to love our small town!
