I visited APV yesterday, one of many times that I have gone to get my car serviced, and as always, the owner took his time to assist me with my issue. I own an old 2013 Ford Escape that had been making a weird whirring sound for some time. The sound didn't occur too frequently but enough to where I knew I needed ti bring it in to have an expert look at it. The owner took his time listening to the videos that I brought where I recorded my car making the sound. He didn't make me feel rushed in showing him my evidence, and although he gave me some assumptions about what might be wrong with my vehicle, he still took the car for a test drive until he heard the noise himself. He checked my brakes and my tires to ensure that they were in tip-top shape, and he ultimately concluded that my engine was making the sound whenever my car was "cold." Just like always, APV staff takes their time in assisting me and doing a thorough job, but never takes advantage of me financially. That is important to me because at big chain mechanics, it is so common to go and spend a fortune on a small issue. I was grateful to leave the shop with reassurance that there was nothing wrong with my car and that it was safe to drive. Per usual, the experts at APV came to the rescue and gave me confidence.

Tom and the staff here are extremely knowledgeable about the work they do and provide a level of care that you won't find at a lot of places. When the engine in my Corolla started struggling with the heat, these guys were able to troubleshoot, identify, and solve the issue the same day. On top of all of that, the prices for the services provided were beyond reasonable/fair. So if you're looking for honest, fair, and reliable work for your vehicle, APV has you covered.
