Brought in for a recall, recall affected software only, no parts change. Service manager was fine, let me know service would take 20 minutes but wouldn't get to it today. I dropped off around 5pm on a Wednesday. Friday comes and no communication, I text - no response. I call and service manager isn't avaliable. I'm local so decide to just go and see what's happening. Arrive at 4:45 pm (nearly 48 hrs after drop off) and find service manager. Turns out they still haven't started work. I'll find somewhere else to take care of recalls and service in the future.

These guys used to be my go to for repairs. Something has changed in the last year or so. Brought it in for a check engine. Took a week and a half to get any updates and was sent a text that said here are are recommendations please approve. Was for over $5k. Had to call multiple times to get someone to explain it to me. Turns out the part they quoted me was 1.5xthe price for the part from the mopar website that I could have picked up from their parts department. Ended up going with a different mechanic for almost $1.5k cheaper.

My wife brought my truck in for a scheduled recall appointment. Parked. Went in. They went out cranked my truck pulled it in to get info and it sat running for over an hour until my wife complained. She was there for almost three hours. Never got recall part done. I told her to leave. That's ridiculous. She had to get back to work. 3 hours and nothing. Won't use them for service in future.
