I called this morning (right after they opened) because I had a nail in my tire. I asked if I needed an appointment, and I was told first come first serve. I left work and when I got there, they immediately took my wheel off, repaired the tire, put the wheel back on, and I was back at work less than 30 minutes later. Such an amazing place with great customer service. Highly recommend!!

View on GoogleA outstanding place, had them to replace my catalyic converters earlier this year and had my tires replaced back in March of 2025. A very awesome people who even helped me out back in July 2025 after Rick's had my truck for over 3 weeks and just 3 days later my back wheel came off and they came out and put my wheel and brakes back on. Went by their shop afterwards to get all the studs replaced and didn't charge me for that job. Went to my cousin and he put on new brake shoes for the back brakes. It turns out that Chatgpt help me narrow down the culprit that was causing my truck to have vacuum in my fuel tank. Drilled 2 pencil sized holes in the gas cap for now last night as a temp fix until I can get my cousin to do a bypass from the evap system at the fuel tank so it can vent proper and replace my gas cap. Sad that so called expert mechanics in this town don't know how to diagnose a 1998 GMC Sierra 1500 5.7 vortec system. Thanks B&B Muffler, always remain awesome! Family been doing business with them for well over 30 years now.
