Crazy to see some bad reviews for Richards Paint and Body!!! This shop was recommend to me over 20 years ago and I will NEVER use anyone but Richards Paint and Body Shop. In the past, I use caliber collision nothing but problems! They ordered a new piece for my car and when I went to pick my car up, they didn’t even put the new piece on. They left the old one on and tried to clean it. My family has also used SEVERAL other body shops with the same results! Bad work or just lies about how they repaired our vehicles . This is what happens when you go to someone that is not honest and I will never go anywhere, but Richards Paint and Body! His work is warranted, He’s very honest, as well as everyone in the OFFICE, truly cares and Does whatever he can to make it a good experience, will fight with the insurance company, even though they want to put Aftermarket parts on your car or repair your car In a way that it’s cheaper for the insurance company, and the office is very good with communication and callbacks! So reading bad reviews is so Weird to Me!! My husband‘s back passenger side was hit by a lady in the Walmart parking lot. When it was brought in to get it fixed, the insurance wanted Richard to Bon-do the back instead of ordering a new panel. He told them it would look terrible and he does not do work like that! They were not going to cover the new back panel, so I called and told them this is why I pay for insurance and it will be done right. Richard refused to do the work unless it was done properly. The insurance company after talking to them did pay for the new panel on my husband‘s truck. Richard did a fabulous job. The reviews that are talking about your insurance issues that has nothing to do with Richards Paint And Body shop or their work!!!!! You PEOPLE really should STOP doing bad review for something that Richards Paint Body has no control over!!! I’m a very very picky person and hands-down the best body shop I have ever used in my life and I am 58 years old. The office staff is amazing as well as the work that is done!!! ✅

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. My vehicle has been at this shop for 2 months, and throughout that time I’ve repeatedly been told that the necessary part had arrived and that my car would be ready on a specific day. However, whenever I call to check on the status, I’m told they’re still waiting on the part. The lack of consistent communication and the conflicting information have made this process very frustrating. If there are legitimate delays, I understand that things happen, but I would appreciate honest and accurate updates instead of being told different stories each time I call. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and transparency with future customers.

New to town and asked the people I work with who could do vehicle repairs on my pickup and the answer was overwhelmingly Richards and very pleased to say I understand why. They were very friendly to me from the start and treated me like they’ve known me for years. They did a wonderful job on the repairs and even offer a lifetime warranty on the work they do. Richard is a great guy and did everything they said they’d do. Will be recommending them to everyone going forward. Thanks again Richard, you guys are the best

Asked around town who I could take my car to and the overwhelming answer was Richard’s and glad I did. Very good work and warranty on top of that. Told me up front that they handle insurance work or out of pocket. Gave me an estimate and I decided to file it with my insurance company. Told my insurance company I wanted to use Richards and their staff did the rest from there. Very good people and will tell everyone I know that needs repairs to use Richards. Thank you guys so much, car looks fantastic

i took my car in a few months ago to get it fixed after being rear ended in a car accident. i have progressive insurance in which i was told that all the expenses were going to be taken care of because i was not at fault for the accident. the shop had my car for a while which was okay, i wasn't in any kind of hurry i just wanted my car fixed. i received a call about a month and a half after i dropped my car off from them letting me know that my car was done, it was close to the end of their business hours that day so i decided to pick it up the next day. i picked it up and everything was great. i checked my bank account a few hours later to see a fee of over $100 dollars from the rental car company in which i was renting a car due to working full time and needing a vehicle. i was promised by progressive that this would be covered so i was confused as to why i was getting that charge. i called progressive and they told me that the date that RICHARDS had told them the car was done was 2 days before they told me it was done causing progressive to stop paying for my rental car. i am a 19 year old girl who was in an accident for the first time, works her butt off for the things she has, and was not at fault for the accident i was in yet richards decided to see that and take advantage of it. i called several times about it but was always pushed over. i've never made a review or said anything bad about a place but i genuinely will never use this place for anything ever again and if anyone ever asks me about it my answer will be just this. i hope that they are ashamed for what they did, they know it was wrong. according to progressive the do it all the time. this is a long review but i hope you have taken your time to read this and don't ever trust them with your car needs.
