My tire’s Hub cap missing after tire replaced, immediately returned for it . Was told there was no hubcap, thought I had video proving it was there prior to their work. Refused to acknowledge my video. Laughed at me, tried showing me their camera which was dark & hard to see clearly front tire; they said darkness proved no hubcap , I said hubcap is black so it looks like hubcap is there to me. I left upset and humiliated. Without my hubcap. Also had requested my good tire back as got two to match but only one damaged. They brought damaged tire to me & said after removing it we found both tires defected. But one tire was good with good tread as they inspected and told me before they changed it . Never had trouble with Burleson location, only cleburne location.

I had a problem with the car shaking and it was a bolt sticking out that wasn’t tightened and could have potentially cause serious damage to my car they fixed for me for free I had no idea that it was loose. I was so grateful for there kindness and help. Used tires I got were priced really good and practically brand new. I will be returning for any tire services
