WARNING: If you have a Motorhome that you live out of and in need for repairs... Please DO NOT use this shop. They didn't the repair but damaged the interior of my Coach. I knew when it was time to pick up my Coach I had problems trying to start it. The key turned but did not start. I had to hold the key assembly on the back of the ignition to get it started. A few days later I noticed engine dust all in the rear of my Coach and it looked like they took up the floor to get access to the diesel engine. All the hardware wasn't replaced. It was just laying on the floor, my wooden cabinets were busted on both side. I took my unit back to the repair shop and showed the Repairman the damages he had done. He said that he did not damage my unit. After that with me our conversation was over. Then he kinda looked back at me. I said, this guy wanted me to argue. Like that was the next step. I didn't. But what I did know was to voice my opinion on a very negative REVIEW. I had work done years ago on another Coach I owned. The GOOD Service had me coming back. And for him to just didn't take ownership or being responsible for damaging my Motorhome really upsetting. I did pay MY BILL IN FULL about $3700.00 My lesson learned is never go to a shop that only work on ONE SIDE of your Motorhome. If something happens to your Coach other than what they repair. Now I'm making an appointment to get the wooden cabinets repaired.... I have a 2014 American Tradition 42M

Charged 2hrs diagnostic, spent less than 1 hr. The estimate I received for cups and injectors was $12,000. Dealer quotes 8 hrs labor they wanted 24 hrs.

They were very knowledgeable and had all the equipment necessary to take care of my nightmare of an electrical problem. They gave great advice and education on my electrical system. They fixed only what needed to be fixed and didn't try to empty my bank account. They gave a receipt I can actually make sense of with detailed summary of work done and names of parts.and not just a sheet full of numbers and codes. Thanks guys and thanks for the hat, mug and the other great stuff that was in that anniversary gift box.

I.paid 200 for this nice people but I personally feel that's a little over price maybe I should of said no to the hour was told half on the phone then hour to take the wrap off which I guess I could of done (takes 2 min) they said they like reviews well here a honest one 194.something for this so I guess the coupling cost 40bucks yeah take the wrap off which was 3 mins was the extra work Reply to owner reply You charge 154 a hour that is a 4 dollar fitting that you charged me 40 dollars for because I didn't take the blue plastic hose you order that you told that's what they drop off when I heard the phone conversation them telling you that's what they had you took off the wrap that the 3 hose combo comes in 3 min max and fixed the hose with a 4 dollar fitting that yiu charged me 40 dollars 100 120 would of been a fair price and we all know me saying that is fair for what was done. All owner op there multiple shops in the area definitely call around I didn't agure with the price at there shop like I should have because I rather just pay and go and leave a review that extra 80 you charged me will cost you more when some reads this review just accept it you saw big truck and thought big bucks if you will over charge for this i hate to see a guy with a real job and other readers go though my reviews it's plenty of shops with good ones

Love using this shop, they get ur truck up and running in a timely manner. Trust the mechanic Chris.
