Very professional! The turn around on repairs is fast. The man is closed for lunch so be aware of that. I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs you could need on starters and alternators. Oh and you'll love the cars or trucks this guy parks in front of the shop. I will definitely use him again. Thanks again.

View on GoogleAs A 25 yr Heavy Equipment Field Service Mechanic. I advise and use Montgomery Starter before I purchase an aftermarket. Upon, the past 5 years of multiple rebuilds; from this local rebuilder and service business. I haven't had no failures or service calls; after installation.
View on GoogleI took my starter here off of a 2016 Kia forte for them to rebuild if needed. I had dropped it off because they were at lunch by the time I went but, I called them promptly at 1:00 and explain to them to test it to make sure it needs rebuilt. They said okay and that they would call me before they do anything. The guy called me later on and told me there's nothing wrong with it and made up some story about him pulling it apart, I think so they could get a little bit of money. I tested him and asked him how much is that going to run me, even after he said he would call me and let me know before he does anything. He said $20 would be a good enough. You can take a starter to any auto parts store and they will test it for free. Do not take your parts here to be tested because they will try to get money out of you. Find out first if it's truly bad. I don't know if they properly do the work or not because I haven't had the chance to use them because mine was good. It was good that he was honest that the starter was good but eventually I'm going to find that out anyway when I put the starter back on the car. Anyway, they're pricing was 80 bucks to rebuild the starter which is a lot better than what the auto parts store wanted to charge me for a new one
