John and Julie were amazing to me all the years I took my vehicles to them. They treated me like family and were always honest in their dealings with me. When my first van still needed more repairs, they honestly told me it wasnt worth it anymore and they didnt want to take my money. I appreciated that advice and upgraded to something slightly newer that didn't need more work. There were many times they ate the cost of labor for me since my parts were so expensive with that first van. I'm an African American mother of five children and I never took my car anywhere else. Thanks John and Julie for all the great years of service. We miss y'all so much! With love, from Idaho!

The lady that answers the phones is very nice and courteous. However I have to say I feel like there was a bit of dishonesty involved, I got my starter replaced by advice of John. Had just changed the starter before sending it to John’s. So I asked to let me keep the starter so I could get my money back on my part. They said it was in my trunk when I picked the car up and it absolutely wasn’t. As well as I tried to tell him the problem was bigger than the starter and they kind of dismissed it. When I picked the car up it would barely accelerate and broke down on the tollway. The starter out again. He could have listened to me and done a few extra checks on it. Wasn’t a great experience.
