I had such a great experience here and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I came in without an appointment, super nervous because I had to get to work and wasn’t sure they’d even be able to take my car. Charlie and the team went above and beyond to help me. They made it happen when I really needed it, and somehow had my car ready in just 30 minutes. I was so impressed with how fast, professional, and kind they were the entire time. Went in for an alignment on a 2021 GMC Yukon. Instantly get told they see suspension failures on these all the time and an inspection will need to be done before the alignment, an additional $50. Sure, go for it. Of course, the whole system is bad, needs rebuilt top to bottom to the tune of unreasonable thousands of dollars. Then they were flabbergasted that I don't have vibrations and a shaking steering wheel and clunking and blah blah blah. The kicker was explaining how expensive it would be to work on my air suspension at home without having an expensive computer to put the truck in "maintenance mode" so it didn't destroy itself. The thing is, this thing does NOT have air suspension of ANY sort. SMOKE AND MIRRORS and service writers paid by commission. What a joke, they play the veteran card and size you up by asking what you do for a living. Took it to another shop to verify and was confirmed that everything is in spec, just needed an alignment. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

BRING YOUR CAR HERE. It’s honest to god almost impossible to find a honest good mechanic shop. This is it. I gave them the toughest job imaginable with my vehicle and they were presented with every challenge you can think of. They never once gave up on me and helped me out when it came time to pay. If you want a mechanic that will communicate the problem to you and make sure you understand where your dollars are going then this is where you should take it. 10/10 highly recommend.

We started coming here soon after they opened this location a few years ago and have been satisfied with the service. Our 4Runner had been having issues with starting up and progressively got worse after the cold snap so we decided to take it in. Apparently the battery that was in it from Walmart, we were told, was trash and not a reliable product. A new battery was recommended before any more checks could be done. We asked if we could take the battery back to Walmart because we thought it was still under warranty and it would save us over $200. Charlie was very nice and informed me they usually don't allow that but that he understood and would make an exception. Luckily it was under warranty and we exchanged the battery for free. We realize the battery isn't probably the best but with it still being under warranty we were able to save alot of money. They let us know there were a few other possible issues with it that may need repair in the future but that we were good to go for now. I just want to thank Charlie for being so polite and understanding and for them allowing us to save some money! We will for sure continue to bring our cars back here. 😊
