Very Impressed - Was originally told about 2 weeks to complete repairs on my company car. 1 week later they were calling me saying it was ready. The whole process was pleasing from the initial estimate, to dropping it off and picking it back up. They even straightened my front plate that was bent due to a car wash. The car was washed and ready to go for my arrival. They took care of everything they said they would. Great folks. Quality Work. Quick Service. I hope that I will never need their services again but if I do I will go back.

My car was backed into in a parking lot and I wanted the Chevy house to do the repairs, but the local Chevy dealership said they couldn’t do it themselves but the only place around they trusted was Cooks Collision. I was NOT disappointed. They handled everything with insurance, did everything I asked, replaced all the parts with genuine oem Chevrolet parts, and had all the work done in barely over a week. My car looks absolutely fantastic! You can’t even tell there was any damage at all. The plant is flawless, perfectly color matched, and the replaced parts are seamless. Hands down 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The staff were incredibly respectful, polite, and professional. You won’t regret using Cooks Collision at all!

Cooks Collusion took very good care of my car. Very nice people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. The driver side of my car was peppered by hail while it was at a dealership. They will work with your insurance company to make sure your repairs are estimated/covered properly. They will educate you and guide you through every step of the process. Super friendly & knowledgeable staff! I'm very ignorant when it comes to auto work, but everything was communicated incredibly well. I never had any issues with getting information or general time frames, and the work felt prompt given what needed to be done. I can't fully speak on pricing given that I was 0% liable for my accident and wasn't responsible for any payment myself, but it seemed reasonable and fair to me with that added context. The work performed on my car was flawless! I genuinely cannot find any trace that I was even hit at all. I sincerely hope that my car stays in perfect health for the foreseeable future, but should that ever change I'm definitely coming back here! Thank you to everyone who worked on getting my car back to mint condition!!
