I would recommend STR to anyone and everyone. I've been going to Garren for years and his whole team is amazing. They are always willing and able to answer phone calls, they don't charge for diagnostics, they give you options based on your needs and price range, they are HONEST and don't price gouge, and they're just really stand up guys. It is a small shop so yes, there is a wait time on turn around, but I would take that ANY DAY over one of these big shops that upcharge every single thing. Highly recommend! -Jennifer B.

Not gonna lie, if you want a auto mechanic, this is the place to go. A/C went out with the summer months coming, it was getting a little to warm without it. One day turn around. A/C is colder then when I bought it off the lot! Great job STR Transmission and AUTOMOTIVE! Will be back for future automotive needs.

As someone who religiously reams automotive repair companies for overcharging (We ain't done Christian Brothers), I can happily say this place is extremely fair. I doubt they will be happy to get another complex issue like my 0something Armada that had been left out for a decade, but I'll personally never go anywhere else until they get sick of me. It was what I thought to be a transmission issue, turned into a nightmare, that could have cost me a small fortune (still looking at you Christian Brothers), but these gentlemen took care of me. Thank you!

Honestly I was torn between a 4.5 and 5. Mr. Garren and his team were deligent, professional and knowledgeable on vehicles. Though it took three weeks to get the job done because the problem was not resolved the first time, they were willing to go back and fix the problem. I pray they continue. This is a world class staff and deserve success. Dirk and James were outstanding. God bless you guys.
