They did awesome work on my 2020 ford f150. Mark was very informative and helpful in explaining how the process works. It helped that they offer financing without that I would still be driving around with my truck all wrecked up.
View on GoogleJohn, the owner, has a great local reputation for honest and quality car repair at our local community center (Schertz Senior Center). We needed a new starter for our 2015 Honda CRV, checked a couple of other local repair shops, and then brought our car to John’s shop, Best Collision Repair Service. John repairs cars, he doesn’t just do collision body work. Prior to bringing our car to John, we had discussed repair options with a retired mechanic friend, so we knew what to expect. The starter problem was confirmed within 30 minutes of our arrival at the shop, John did some checking on parts, and then he offered us the best option right away. We got the car back later that same afternoon, and we have been very happy with the repair. A couple of key differences from other shops: one shop wanted to keep the car overnight and charge $130 to diagnose what was wrong even though we knew the starter was the issue. Another shop did good work but was incredibly expensive. While we love our Honda CRV, we don’t want to break our bank account over it. We think John and his shop do good work at a reasonable price, which can be hard to find these days.
View on GoogleBrought truck to this "buisness". I paid half down. My truck is stolen with over 1,700 dollars in parts left in the vehicle from the property. They did not even know the vehicle was even stolen. I called and asked how my vehicles progress was going since, I was moving. Buisness asks me if I picked my vehicle up? WHAT? - Do not give this buisness your vehicle. -No responsibility for your property and if something happens, did not refund the money put down or apologize for anything. -Go to a shop where they will secure your property behind a locked fence and use real 24 hour cameras that work. Not bought at walmart that actually record!

View on GoogleTook our car here after our insurance said it was an approved collision shop. We spoke to John who is the owner and one of the technicians who work there. John was very thorough and helpful with the entire process of our claim. Throughout the entire process he kept in contact with us and gave us updates on our car’s repairs. Once the vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, John called and said we’ve washed and detailed your car. What an amazing experience and excellent service!!!
