I had an excellent experience with PDRTX Smart Auto Repair. They tinted the windows and windshield on my Tahoe, and the results are outstanding. The tint looks clean and even with no bubbles or imperfections, and the windshield tint came out perfect as well. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. They explained the options clearly and delivered exactly what they promised. The turnaround time was quick, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Had a very good experience,Brittany was amazing and delivered on her promise, she walked up noticing i had hail damage and she explained they could take it and fix it and I had to pay nothing outta pocket. That they pay my insurance deductible and they did and brought my 2024 gmc back looking better than when they took it and even let me have a rental while they had it since i didn't have that with my insurance. Did a great job getting all the dents out. Promise definitely delivered and Brittany was so nice,even brought my daughter some candy when she came back to pick up my truck. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer and that's the reason for the 5 stars and I totally recommend. Everyone is so friendly.

I’m so happy with the hail damage repair from PDRXT Smart Auto Repair. Alis came to our home and walked us through the PDR process and helped us quickly file an insurance claim. They delivered a loaner car comparable to mine the next day. They totally handled working with my insurance company and my beautifully restored car was delivered back to me in 9 business days. I had NO out of pocket expense and they went “over and above” to detail my car and remove some residue that had splashed on my car when I previously had driven through a construction zone. When our car was hit by baseball-sized hail during a trip, we had no idea where to start. Thankfully, we knew Brittany. We paid nothing out of pocket, and honestly, our vehicle came back looking even better than it did when we drove it off the dealership lot. One of the things I appreciate most about Brittany is her faith. Whether I’m sharing something big or something small, she has a way of pointing me back to Jesus and will stop to pray with me right then and there. It’s genuine, comforting, and creates a connection that goes far beyond business. That’s just who she is. We are beyond grateful for Brittany and the team at PDRTX.
