Great service center! The service advisor, Clayton Dysart, was very friendly and clearly explained all the items that needed to be checked or serviced. Most importantly, they didn’t try to upsell anything. The waiting area is clean and neat, with good Wi-Fi and well-maintained restrooms.

I decided to give Christian Brothers Automotive a try, and the difference was night and day. From the moment I walked in, Ms. Dawn Pepper was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. Throughout the entire repair process, Ms. Dawn was exceptionally detail-oriented, professional, and proactive. She kept me fully informed and was highly responsive to every question I had about the pricing and the mechanical work. The repair service itself was excellent—they handled a front wheel bearing, sway bar suspension work, and brakes with total transparency, even applying fair labor discounts where the jobs overlapped. To top it all off, their complimentary shuttle service was incredibly nice and made the whole drop-off process completely stress-free.
View on GoogleI personally had a bad experience. I dropped my vehicle off with a brake and coolant system leak. Got quoted a $4500 quote, which I agreed. Next day I get a call, gonna be another $1600 because they found another leak once they fixed the other two. I declined this I'm not saying they were being dishonest, but the quality their work certainly is in question. I dropped my car off, gave them $4500 and picked my car up still leaking coolant. I will not be back, needless to say.
View on GoogleFirst time visit to Christian Bros. & I will be back. Had the oil changed & cabin filter replaced & they checked all the vitals! Schuyler was very nice & so were Kirby & Joseph who shuttled me. The timing was perfect & reasonable pricing. Would refer & will return!!
View on GoogleAmazing service from CBA. Dawn in the front office, beyond being an exceptional service advisor is an outstandingly kind human being, I can't give her enough praise. I needed to get an emissions test and had gone to Brakes Plus 3 times that week being turned away for 3+ hour long waits every time. This was after calling beforehand and being told "Come on in we have no wait". I was seen right away and treated much much nicer at CBA.
