I had a car accident on 10/29, and my insurance contacted Straight Line for me. Rex reached out right away and made dropping my car off an easy process. Throughout the entire time my car was in their care, Rex kept me updated and communicated effectively. I genuinely appreciated all the updates and the clear explanations about additional issues with my car. He was able to repair not only the accident damage but also take care of some other work my car needed—and he got me a great price for it. The only thing I wish I had known up front is that there’s a 4% fee for card payments, so be prepared to bring cash. It was raining when I picked up my car, so having to get cash was a bit inconvenient, but Rex was patient and understanding. I got my car back, and it looks brand new! Rex and his team worked quickly and provided excellent service. Overall, the service I received was a 10/10. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

Last month I worked with Rex on an estimate to fix a dent in the body line of the hood of my Jeep. I had a unique situation where I needed the estimate to be as close to the final price as possible, as a corporate insurance claim was covering the cost and I did not want to have any surprise, out of pocket expenses. Straight Line was the only shop I worked with that informed me of the additional recalibration work required to fully fix my vehicle, which would have cost me $400+ out of pocket if I went with one of the other shops who didn't mention it. I was able to get the repairs done this week and they had my car ready by the estimated timing. The final price of the repairs were exactly as quoted on the estimate - no surprises. Not only did they do a phenomenal job replacing my hood, they detailed my car inside and out! Rex's customer service and patience with my questions and follow ups is greatly appreciated and made this stressful situation easy to resolve. I would recommend Straight Line Collision both for customer service and quality of repairs.

I am rarely super complimentary about service providers, but I can't think of a single thing that I would change about my interaction with straight line. I went to them after I was the victim of a hit and run accident and they managed everything beautifully. The staff was helpful and attentive. Communication was on point with keeping me abreast of estimates and repairs which is super important to me because I hate hate hate having to chase down updates on work. Best of all, the repair was completed perfectly and in the timeframe they said it would be. Quite possibly the best interaction i've had with any automotive based service. I think it is safe to say that I hope I never have to use them again, but if the need arises, I will absolutely have no problems being a repeat customer.

Top notch service rendered here! Rex was friendly, knowledgeable of the damage incurred and the repairs needed, and efficient! The repair parts were ordered upon my car’s delivery to the shop before I even made contact in person which expedited my completion. This business also accommodated me by allowing my car to stay at business until I returned from an out of state trip as the damage occurred at the most inconvenient time for me. Lastly, my car was returned to me detailed and noticeably cleaner than it arrived! I will definitely return for any future body repair needs! Thanks Straight Line Collision!
