I was desperately in need to get brakes on my lexus, front and rear. Everyone was super professional and nice. They had a lot of work ahead of me but they squeezed me in and I am forever grateful. This place is the absolute BEST!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you guys!!!! 😊
View on GoogleI love this place and refuse to buy a car that is not a Lexus or Toyota because I only trust working with them. They are super fair and will not tell you to fix things that done need to be fixed. I'm writing this review because I stumbled upon one calling the shop "racist" which couldn't be further from the truth. Myself and my husband have always been treated respectfully and with kindness. They have a customer in me for life. They are busy and will always return my call. You have to leave a voicemail as the recording says. I recommend many people here!
View on GoogleI can confidently say this is an excellent shop, that I will return to if I need any work done in the future. I’m confident doing most scheduled maintenance, but I open the engine cover on my truck, and just didn’t do something well, so I went in with something I had already worked on, which I’m sure is every mechanics favorite thing to hear, I only got lightly roasted for it. John worked on my truck, he did a good job, and found something else that would create larger problems in the future. They called and asked approval before doing anything that wasn’t the initial specified job, got parts quickly at standard market price. And showed me the parts that were faulty before and after doing work. When I left there was a very minor issue (not mechanically related) that I honestly should have just taken 20 minutes to fix myself, they were able to help me as soon as I got there for no extra fee, done in 10 minutes. This greatly speaks to for the quality of this shop, the most important thing an auto shop can have, but few others do, is integrity. John stepped out in the cold, and was friendly the whole time. 10/10 if I need any work done in the future, this is where I’ll come to.
View on GoogleI have a Scion, and I've been coming to Cedar Hill Automotive for the past 4+ years. They have fixed every weird glitch, broken seal, busted light, and changed my oil countless times. PLUS they are very honest and reasonably priced. Although they don't do inspection, they do fix all the mess ups caused by the Toyota Dealership.
View on GoogleCedar Hill Automotive is the ONLY place I will take my 2007 Lexus RX350. Dave and his team has been keeping my car running great for years! Initially I compared them to others places for pricing--no comparison and the work is always superb. Being a female and knowing sometimes car mechanics try to take advantage of our lack of knowledge of cars, I must admit, I have never felt that Dave wasn't giving me a fair deal. Every thing he's ever told me, I ran by my husband (who's very knowledgeable about cars) and he's always said yes, tell them to go ahead. I highly recommend Dave and his team at Cedar Hill Automotive.
