Sent my tri-power carb set here to be rebuilt. The first time I get them back they leaked fuel. I sent them back, when they came back this time the gaskets for the fuel filters were missing. I replaced them. After installing, the car still would not run correctly, mixture seemed to change, car would stumble on acceleration and keep stalling out, everything I checked kept pointing back to the carbs. Finally over the long weekend I took the carbs off and took them apart, WHAT A MESS!!! The inside passages don't look like they have been cleaned, there was a dead moth inside the vacuum chamber, a screw broken off on the side of the case. After purchasing a rebuild kit, soaking all the parts, setting the float levels correctly the car is running perfect after I fixed "the rebuild"

DO NOT use this guy Dan. He supposedly rebuilds your carburetor but when it does't work, refuses to be responsible for the adjustment. Attacks you when you call ... I'm trying to be as nice as possible to the guy, but no use. Just a mean spirited person that I believe doesn't like black people very much.

I was. I was reading everyone else comments about him thinking this won't happen to me. Nevertheless, it did. I had my carburetor rebuilt by this guy and it was leaking Every place known to leak it leaked in places I didn't know it could leak. I called him up and told him , my carburetor is leaking. He asked me to bring it back. I agreed. I drove back over there. I'm 45 minutes from where he's located. I drove all the way back to him to drop my carburetor off to him to have him to feel it with JB will. I am a lawyer by profession but I restore old cars on the side. This guy filled my carburetor with JB weld. Do you know what JB weld does to carburetors over a period of time it will leak? I will never take anything else to him , a word to the wise do not use him. I spend $10,000 on my motor to have this guy do a $5 or less carburetor rebuild to my carburetor word to the wise do not use him !! Proceed at your own risk....
