i was feeling down about my issues in trying to get a vehicle i stopped at Let Em Ride was greeted by Mr Pierre who excellent in serving great customer service, then the Service Manager came in this lady with such a warm comforting spirited beautiful smile Ms Marcela Thanks for a wonderful sale experience !!! AND MOST OF ALL ENJOYING MY RIDE !!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sold a defective and dangerous vehicle, and that the manufacturer/dealership has failed to repair after a reasonable number of "attempts", making this a clear candidate for a claim under the Texas Lemon Law. i have already reported them. Oct 31, 2025 the vehicle 2015 Nissan Altima was purchased from “Let em ride Autos” address: 1507 US-67 S Cedar Hill, TX 75104 United States. The failure on November 4, 2025, put my life at immediate risk and constitutes a serious safety defect that substantially impairs the use and value of the vehicle. Another failure on November 6, 2025, the same day that I picked up the car from the dealer, the car began to run hot and the coolant started to bubble. The engine light came on November 20, 2025; the dealership was supposed to pick up the car, but did not get the car until November 24, 2025. I was then informed it was fixed on Wednesday the 26th. When I picked up the car it was still shaking. Once again, I notified them of this issue. Monday, December 1 ,2025, I went to get an oil change at " discount Kar Kare " for the car but was advised the car had an oil leak and the coolant was very low and it would be a liability for them to touch the car. The next day the engine light came on. The vehicle has repeatedly failed (Engine Light/System Failures) shortly after dealership attempts to fix the issues, suggesting the repairs have been "Band-Aid" solutions rather than effective corrections as required under the Texas Lemon Law.The vehicle has spent a disproportionate amount of time out of service since the purchase date of October 31, 2025, and continues to be unreliable and unsafe due to the unresolved oil leak and engine, issues. I

So usually when something goes wrong with your car, it’s a dreaded situation, but this is definitely not the case with Let “Em Ride! I just had the most outstanding experience. I thought my car was cooked, totally done for, but they brought it back to life and handled my car with the utmost care. The customer service I experienced was truly exceptional—and that is not an exaggeration! As a client, I felt listened to, and my concerns were met with respect and care. Marcicela is such a pleasure to speak with, very professional, kind, and incredibly detailed. Everything was handled with accuracy, care, and an impressively quick turnaround. Their support went above and beyond, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

To say the least, Justin and his team ( Junior , Mari etc ) gave me a sense of belonging and confidence by the altruistic and professional way in which they handled my work. They are very knowledgeable, precise, and prompt from the diagnostics till they got done with my car, I am very satisfied. I will recommend “Let em Ride” to everyone anywhere anytime any day. I had a problem with my old Chevy Traction Control. They offered to come and tow it to their location for free. They made the repairs fast and at a reasonable price.
