Absolutely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I was told my A/C job would only take about 2 hours and that someone would call me to let me know what the issue was before moving forward. I never received a single call, update, or explanation. Instead, my vehicle was kept with no communication at all. When I went up there to check on my car, the shop was closed, and after multiple calls nobody answered. Things happen, but leaving a customer's vehicle and not having the respect to communicate is unacceptable. A simple phone call or update would have made a huge difference. This experience showed a serious lack of customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their time or their vehicle.

Replaced my spark plug and coil incorrectly causing my initial issues to worsen. Almost blew my motor up and promised to contact me to follow up with damages as he “researched.” Never followed up or anything.
