Shady buisness. Go here at your own risk. Go to albinos. I had my vehicle towed here because I needed a quote on my check engine light. I only needed the quote so I could then dispute it with the dealership I bought the car from. I get the quote and I come to pick my car up, and my gas lid is gone. Completely knocked off. It’s one of the gas lids that you need to push into itself to open. They’re saying that it fell off during transit, and that they aren’t liable. Okay, so get me the towing companies information, and their manager for the before-towing pictures. They refuse to provide that because he is “on vacation with his family”. Now I need to buy myself a new gas lid part, which is about $250. What a joke. I bought this car TWO WEEKS AGO, and I just needed the quote so that the dealership would fix the engine light. The manager refused to help me out, and they seemed annoyed when I called multiple times to try to talk with them. As if they hadn’t just broken a part of my new-to-me car. Very upseting, as I spent such a long time saving money to buy a nice car with cash.

5-13-26 I came in to repair my front tire that had a screw in it causing it to leak. I came in @4:15 I was the only customer as I could tell…no one else came in. It is now 5:40 and still haven’t fixed my tire.. no other customers had come in while I was waiting. One guy asked me about the tire and that is it. It is now 5:55 finally done. When I paid the tech didn’t say why it took so long nor did he apologize on why. This morning at 6:11 I went out to get into my truck to go to work…my front drivers side tire was totally flat. Well I’ll be what a great job that was completed…I will not be using their services again . Well I went in this afternoon to see if I could get my money back. I had to take my wife’s car to work. I went in and told the tech guy who I felt with yesterday I told him about the tire and the first thing he said was , yes I seen the review. I asked him for my money back. He told me he had to get with his manager . He called his manager and told me the manager said they would give me my money back if I took off the review … I told him I would not . I told him his manager was ridiculous . There was no concerns about that I still have a flat tire, more concern about the review. In the end this is a business that is about reviews not customers satisfaction.
