Needed new tires on my car. Was quoted an arm and a leg at another location, but came here and the prices were reasonable. They quickly got me swapped out to better tires within 15 min and I was out of there. Got to keep my arms and legs.
View on GoogleThe owner, Carmen, is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I came to drop my vehicle off and spoke with him so he could take down my information. He quickly scribbled my phone number, vehicle type, and service request on a piece of paper that already had other unrelated notes on it. I figured once I handed over my keys, he would properly gather my details and provide pricing. While waiting in my car for my ride, I planned to return with the keys. When I did, Carmen acted as though he had no idea who I was. I reminded him and asked about pricing, and his response was, “I don’t repeat myself.” On top of that, he told me I could take my vehicle elsewhere if I didn’t like it. His attitude was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. I would never feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with someone who treats customers this way. If this is how he communicates upfront, I can’t imagine what he might do behind the scenes. Definitely not a business I would trust.
