GREAT Service! Tuan (Management) really took care of me. Gave me info about my car & parts. Provided me a 5% discount since it was my first experience. My car runs smooth & prices are great! I recommend this shop to anyone!! Just be patient & please be mindful that it’s a small parking-lot so don’t park your car right in front of the garage doors. Park your car on the side - in the parking spaces. Traffic flows back & forth between them & the tire shop. customer lobby is next to the tire shop. 10 out of 10. Again, be patient with them. It’s a small business, small parking lot with GREAT WORK!!!

I recently came to this shop to replace my rear car light. After the replacement was done, I asked to take my old light back because it is my personal property. However, the owner, Tuan, refused and said it was the shop’s policy not to return old parts. I find this completely unreasonable and unacceptable. That light belongs to me, so why am I not allowed to keep it? Keeping a customer’s property without consent feels dishonest and unprofessional. I am very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience! They did a brake job for me and finished it so quickly, that I didn’t have to rearrange my work schedule much at all. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Special shout out to Tuan. I came in after a negative experience with NTB with my brake issue and he turned it all around. I’ll be bringing my cars here in the future.

My husband brought cars here for a while now no issues. He asked me to bring my car for an alignment . I got there at 4:30 waited in lobby 10 minutes the owner came out have you been helped I explained I needed a real limit and he goes. I can’t look at the car without the keys which he never asked me for the keys had an attitude since I walked in he took my keys drove my car, 3 feet and Parkette on the side I walked outside he walked up to me and handed me my keys and walked off didn’t say anything so I walk over to him and he’s like your car needs more than just an alignment. Mind you this location is right next to a Tire Shop, which I was gonna buy two tires. He was very rude had no explanation. I have never been treated like that in my life. I wouldn’t go there if you’re a woman
