I usually work with the Colorado WWT location but my representative no longer works for the company. Today the person that answered the phone at the Colorado location was not able to help so I called out of state to the WWT Carrollton TX location. Thankfully, I spoke with Chris Ramirez, he went above and beyond and was super helpful. He turned my mediocre experience with the WWT Colorado location and made it a great experience. I give Chris at the Carrollton TX location a 5 star rating. If I could I would pick him as my WWT representative. Thanks again Chris for the excellent customer service. That's the way it's done! 👏

Very rude customer service Not helping to buy tires from them, look like they don't want to do business and I am not happy with them because they want 2 to 3 days to process my application for only to buy tires from them, very bad experience in start , I have to wait 2 or 3 business day to approve my application in order to buy tires from them, is long processing for only to buy tires, no thanks. I just bought my tires I want with less price from some where else, I will never go back to them, is not good to do business with this company. Not recommending to do business with this company. Very bad experience.
