From helping me with tunes and performance upgrades to navigating an unfortunate insurance claim, Neil handled everything flawlessly. I’m posting this review very late but I think these guys deserve every bit of appraisal. I got the front lower control arm replaced on my X5 and I must say it was a delightful experience. The dealer was charging me around $3K and UBS did my work well under $2K. They were very transparent about the repair and pricing and did exactly what was needed. My car also had some minor issue with the rear AC unit where the slider to adjust the wind direction was out of place. The dealer told me that they have to replace the entire rear unit but Ryan went ahead and fixed it for me with no extra charge. I absolutely love their service and I highly recommend UBS to every Bimmer Lover.

Ultimate Bimmer Service was excellent. I trailer a car (Z3) from Austin area to this shop . The owners are mechanics and the service was amazing. They let you know what’s wrong and what it takes to repair it . My goal was to make it my every day driving car . They even check on me weeks later to see how the car was driving..
