This Sun Auto at Hebron & Charles in Carrollton has been servicing my car for five years. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I got new brake pads and 2 tires today. They text/email the inspection/estimate to you as you wait in a comfortable space. The report has pictures of the part(s) that need replacing or serviced and there’s no pressure to follow their suggestions. Lisa at the front counter is a perfect communicator. Every employee is positive and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve compared rates at other auto and tire service shops. Sun Auto’s prices are always competitive (with coupons) and the results always exceed expectations. They also provide an Uber for you both ways if your service is going to take a while; so easy because they arrange it for you and they pay for it. I highly recommend this business.

I felt welcomed the second I walked through the door. The lounge is a great place to wait — clean, comfortable, and inviting. What really stood out was how friendly and attentive the staff were with every customer. They explained everything in detail, from what they found to what could be done and the expected time frame. They provide no high pressure awareness. They always are very thorough and go beyond expectations checking other aspects with no extra charges for their additional analysis. They do identify whether their findings are critical are not. I highly recommend this location of Sun Auto.
