It’s an okay place - not bad not great. Good hospitality but feels like they only get the bare minimum for the job done, so it’ll be “done” but don’t expect great quality. They’re affordable so maybe it’s just you getting what you pay for. Case in point: 1. Oil change done, oil was spilled a little around the fill hole, was left as is and uncleaned. Pulled the dip stick the next day, it’s slightly below the mid point, which is giving me a little anxiety. 2. They forgot to put back my radiator cap after I deferred a coolant flush, I parked after 15 min and saw smoke coming out, opened the hood and it was missing. They got me a new one from autozone and delivered to me. 3. Alignment was done but the steering is off center. Went again, told them specifically that the steering is off center and car drifts. They did it and when I asked at pick up if steering is off center still they said we didn’t check the steering. Like bruh. But they did show me that there’s a difference in tire wear which is why the car is still drifting and that was useful. So yeah, they’re okay, not bad not good. Go to them in an emergency or if you’re on a budget.

Very disappointing experience with Rider Auto Care. I brought in my F-150 and was charged for a wheel alignment (invoice #22231). The technician didn’t give me the before and after measurement paperwork, but I didn’t question it at first because he said he did it. After the visit, my tires continued wearing down in the exact same pattern. I didn’t question it at first because I trusted that the alignment had been properly done as stated. As the wear continued, I eventually took the truck to a dealership. They performed an alignment and provided full before-and-after documentation, showing the vehicle was significantly out of spec. When I contacted Rider Auto Care, they insisted the alignment had been performed but could not provide any proof (no alignment printout or measurements). I was simply told the work was done and that no refunds would be given. Based on my experience, this felt like I was charged for work that either wasn’t properly completed or wasn’t done at all. I would strongly recommend requesting documentation if you have any work done here.

I called and scheduled an oil change within 2 hours. I dropped the car and was told it may take 30-40 min, a good time for me to do some window shopping in the shopping plaza next to it. Ernesto finished the work and showed me 3 other preventive items that can be done the next time, with expected cost info. He did not push to do it right away! So, I paid less than $100 and left, which was rare in my past experiences. Every simple oil change comes with some “other issues” that are recommended to be addressed at the same time, followed by a few hundred dollars in charges. I really enjoy the easy, honest, and straightforward way of service! They don’t have a fancy waiting area, but many interesting stores within walking distance make up for it. I will definitely go back next time!

I've been going here for years. They've always taken care of me - oil changes, nails in tires, starter, water pump, fuel pump and lines, other odds and ends. My truck comes with it's own challenges when working on it, but they get the work done with great results.

Rider Auto Care is seriously fantastic. They do such honest and reliable work. They're always so upfront with everything, which is a huge relief. Plus, they're incredibly helpful and kind whenever you need to reach out.
