The service is quick and comprehensive. They also give proper advice on issues with the car and offer discounted rates. The store wait is quite comfortable with snacks and drinks available. Overall really great experience and nice customer service. Definitely coming back!

My VW had a Pirelli tire pop, and from the second I got there, Chris (the manager) and the owner took incredible care of me. Because it was a specific Pirelli tire, shipping took a bit longer than expected, but they truly went above and beyond to help me out during the wait. They did everything they possibly could to make the process smooth, kept me updated, and got me safely back on the road as fast as possible. If you want honest, helpful, and top-tier customer service, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to Chris and the owner for looking out for me! I’ll definitely be back.

They fixed an issue with my Dodge Challenger Hellcat that I had taken to multiple shops for, and nobody else could figure it out. My parking brake wasn’t working properly and it caused my car to slide on inclines. They found that the problem was just brake dust buildup, cleaned it out, and now everything is working like it should. Thank you so much.
View on GoogleI would give this place negative stars if that were an option. I purchased a Groupon for a fully synthetic oil change at the Milam Way location in Carrollton. I had never set foot in this business, yet someone marked my voucher as redeemed. After I contacted Groupon and explained the situation, they reinstated the voucher. When I later went to use the reinstated voucher, I discovered that someone at this location had marked it as redeemed AGAIN. Twice. For a service that was never provided. Whether this is incompetence or something more concerning, it is completely unacceptable. No customer should have to monitor a voucher to make sure it isn't being fraudulently redeemed. Thankfully, Groupon investigated the issue and ultimately refunded my money in full. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of honest, reputable shops that don't redeem customers' vouchers for services they never received.
