First, they did not reset the oil percentage, then the man said they rotated the tires and had to reflect the tires to make the adjustments from front to rear. He told me to drive a little bit in the sensor light will go off. After I get home, I get a notification on the dashboard saying that both rear tires are low and front tires are overcharged. Completely disgusted with this company. I reported this to my dispatch because this is a company vehicle and it was done through Enterprise warranty

The guys at this Kwik Kar are so helpful and kind. I came in early on Sunday and spoke with Terrence who answered all my questions and helped me navigate the next steps of my concerns with my car. Terrence and the other guys were so helpful and attentive, listening to all my concerns and offering solutions and next steps. It was on Father’s Day that I made this urgent visit, and the shop was giving out free oil changes to dads, which I thought was super kind and wonderful. I always have such a great experience when I take my car to Kwik Kar and this location was another example of excellent service and care! Thanks again, Terrence and the rest of the team there this morning. Because of you guys, I left with some hope and some peace that we’ll get this car situation sorted. Thanks! 🙏

I got my front U joint and carrier shaft replaced and they did incredible work! My truck feels like new now. The mechanic Terrence was great at communicating with me and was very nice. Management was attentive to my needs and very kind. I got the work done in a timely fashion, and I trust this shop to do more services for me going forward. Highly recommend for honest people and quality service.

I took my car in for an oil change. The price was reasonable, especially for the quality of service offered. The technician (Matthew) was helpful and the waiting room was impressive. They had a small coffee bar and even a play area for kids. Everything looked clean and orderly. I would recommend Kwick Kar on Marsh for an oil change.

Update: received a call from Clarence and he assured me that this employee was no longer with the company. He also assured me that they always require things like measurements and evidence when recommending service. While I didn't feel right taking him up on it, he also offered to refund me for the services they provided during my visit. A kind offer for sure. Updating my rating to 4 stars due to the outreach and great customer service provided when the complaint was received. I came in for a simple air filter replacement before a road trip and ended up in a pretty uncomfortable situation. While my car was being serviced, an employee called me up and said he “felt something weird” when moving my car. He then showed me a picture of my brake pads and told me they were very low and needed to be replaced immediately. When I asked for measurements or specifics, he could not provide any, just repeated that they “really needed to be replaced.” I declined the service, but while waiting, I overheard similar conversations being had with multiple other customers, which raised some concerns. After returning from a long road trip where I put several thousand miles on my car, I had it inspected at a BMW dealership during an oil change. They measured my brakes at 6mm and told me I likely have another 10,000 to 20,000 miles before replacement would even be recommended. Based on that experience, I would be cautious about any additional services or upsells recommended here and would suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs. Otherwise, the price was fair and the service was speedy. Those are the only two good things I'd say about this place.
